Lil Wayne is a rapper that I recognize is awful, but for some reason I like him anyway. I guess it's the beats or something.

I never had any real problems understanding him, he just doesn't have a real great flow.

Why would you want to understand what he's saying? lol That will only make things worse. He should stick to blabbering to save the only dignity he has left.

His flow is far from "good" in an objective sense but it works. The sort of lazy, rapping-around-the-beat feel it gives fits perfectly.
