I rarely do things in songs now, so I'm just gonna post my three favourite hip hop ablums of 2008 (although seeing as how we're 3 months into 2009 'best of 2008' are starting to seem redundant)

1. Sadistik- The Balancing Act

2. Dan Le Sac Vs. Scroobius Pop- Angles

3. The Mighty Underdogs- Dropping Science Fiction

Yeah, no offense to yourself, but the idea of just posting a couple songs for a whole year of music is ludicrous to me.
some of my favorites:
Wale-The Mixtape About Nothing
Nas-untitled
Black Milk-Tronic
Jake One-White Van Music
Q Tip-The Renaissance
The Roots-Rising Down
GZA-Protools
Devin the Dude-Landing Gear
People Under the Stairs-Fun DMC
Royce Da 5'9-The Bar Exam 2
Ice Cube-Raw Footage
Buckshot & 9th Wonder-The Formula
Atmosphere-When Life Gives you Lemons You Paint That **** Gold

Hmmm, if I had to narrow it down to six. All from different artists to keep it interesting, this is also pretty indicative of the albums I liked.

Amazing (Remix) - Novel
The King is Dead - The Herd
Falcon Gentle - Look Daggers
The Kramer - Wale
Can it Be - Murs
Never Had It - Flobots

MC Chris is Dead - mc chris
Tha Carter 3 - Lil Wayne

The Drought is Over 2 also, if it came out in 2008. And the Recession by Young Jeezy, maybe after I listen to it more.
