Default The Wu

So who likes Wu Tang and thinks they had some of the best rappers? Who's yer fav- Raekwon, ODB, Ghostface, GZA, or RZA? Anyone like RZA's other group Gravediggaz?
My personal fav is Ghostface, everyone should pick up Supreme Clientele or Bulletproof Wallets.

Please don't post if you are just gonna talk about method man or redman (who isnt even Wu). Just cause they had a lame movie and a cheesy TV show doesn't make em good rappers.

^ Yes!

GZA's Legend of the Liquid Sword is a good one, and "Only Built For Cuban Linx" is a MUST-Have for anyone who listens to rap. Immobilarity isn't that bad either.

I feel kinda sad because by the time Is tarted listening to rap, Wu Tang clan had been around for years.
And they were kinda commcercial in my area. STill are.

At any rate, my favorite album is: Iron Flag
My favorite song is: Maria
First album of theres I ever heard: The Swarm
My favorite rapper from the group would have to be Ghostgface Killah and Raekwon. And I think part of the reason I choose them is because of the fact that as solo artists they were just as successful as if they were still a part of Wu-Tang. Although I think I tend to lean more so towards Ghostface than Raekwon. Something about him.

And I am sorry but I have no respect for Red Man or Method Man for the simple fact that they used to host a show on MTV and I have a personal grudge against MTV

And last bit of news I hear about any of the memebrs was that a lot of them have songs featured in the Blade Trinity Soundtrack which just goes to show that they can still make hits and that tehy still have the potential and energy to still make good records. That's just my personal opinion about most artists who've been 'in the game' for a long time.
And I'm not talking about making albums for 5 years and then putting out a damn Greatest Hits CD.

And as a side note I think that ODB was a great/sufficient rapper. To say the least I like him more than I like Snoop. Now anyways. And I think I liked Wu-Tang Clan more than I liked NWA.

Peace out.

^ Wow, I feel the same way bout Wu. Ghostface is definitely, lyrically, one of the best rappers, aside from his affiliation with Wu. Raekwon puts it down too, but I too slightly favor Ghostface. I also agree wiith your comment about Method and Red, so so true.
