I don't know if I have time to really make a top 10 I'd be satisfied with, but I will say that my absolute favorite is Jel.

I think I always let my hate for Kanye always seeming like a huge douche mask the fact that he's super talented. And because I really hate him as a rapper sometimes... but his stuff is really impressive and he doesn't take a back seat to many production wise. Dude is mad creative and skilled

He is a douche, a very talented emcee, and a decent producer. Which puts him above a lot of people active in the hip hop world.
