Actually, no, it's not better than Roses at all. Or Dracula's Wedding or My Favourite Things.
"My Favorite Things"? Really? It's okay for a cover song/Coltrane remix I guess but I've always viewed it as something I'd expect to find on an outtakes collection rather than an actual album.

Anyway I like both halves/albums, but Speakerboxxx has the stronger individual tracks for me. "Ghetto Musick", "Bowtie" and "The Way You Move" are some of my favorite Outkast songs. "Unhappy" is pretty good too. Hell, I even like "Intro".

I was gonna mention Unhappy tbh, agree with you there.

But seriously Roses is one of the best tracks Outkast did. It's way better than TWYM.

To me "Roses" sits alongside the likes of "Toilet Tisha" as Outkast stabs at muzak that really don't do it for me.

Thanks.

What don't you like about Death Grips, by the way?

i only really listened to exmilitary but in general i dont like '''dark' rap or whatever you would call it. i dont like odd future either. i dunno its too 'experimental' to me and too far from the core of what i consider rap tbh

Fair enough. I must admit I didn't like Exmilitary that much but their last two albums were amazing in my opinion.

I dislike OF as well, though.

Nas on number one. I don't care about the other ranks. But Nas on #1.
