I realize what I'm about to say has nothing to do with the actual OP but I wasn't aware that you had this kind of HipHop under your belt and I need you to let me know how much of this you have and how much ass I have to kiss to get it.
There is always more to me than meets the eye! Link on it's way. I have a few similar bands and made a comp around a year ago that didn't get much love but maybe I should do a new one as my choices are not necessarily 'hip' but are a little bit different regarding Hip Hop. I just like what I like. hope you enjoy the album.

Any who, groups like those you mentioned
Digable Planets
KMD
Pete Rock
Fugees
Rakim
Black Sheep
Black Sheep were absolutely incredible, look for a track called "This or That". Their sound is quite similiar to ATQC, with a cheeky twist.

When I got this album I instantly fell in love with it. Listened to it about five times through, then for whatever reason it soured a bit. Haven't listened to it in a few months now. Still good, though.

Heiruspecs, Living Legends, The Grouch and Eligh, Eyedea and Abilites, Doomtree, P.O.S., Atmosphere, MF DooM, Jake One. all great hip-hop artists.
