Sorry, i didn't mean to be offensive (it was supposed to be "humorous"). I really meant that delivery and content are both key components and if one is done bad, you can't completely make up for (or alter) the other. And if what you said was true

In MY opinion, delivery is a lot more important. Something can only get better (or stay the same, I guess) with good delivery, and with bad delivery it can be ruined.
