Building the recreation of the house is a lot more interesting to me than him changing his name. But it seems like a lot of work for something that won't be there very long and that won't be used for much other than a prop for the listening party.

I haven't listened to Donda yet--I will shortly, but I liked Jesus Is King quite a bit. Kanye hasn't done anything yet that I haven't liked, but I'm pretty easy. I like the vast majority of music period.

I'll have to check this out.

My brother listened to it and claimed he found it boring - plodding - a bit dull musically and vocally. But he also can't stand Paul's Boutique, so he might be completely wrong.

I'm listening to it now. So far most of it is more sparse, repetitive and conventional musically than I'd expect from Kanye, so that may be what your brother was reacting to.

I like it so far, but it's just different than I'd normally expect from Kanye.
