That's why I used that analogy :ar_15s:.

You like Yeezus though, no self respecting person likes any of Michael Bay's movies.
Also Kanye is arrogant, but at least he's not a right wing sexist nutjob.

I thought The Rock was a decent flick, but who said I ever had any self respect anyway.

I don't hate Kanye. I jam to a bunch of his songs. but I do think hes more of an individual song guy rather than an album guy

I respect your lack of self-respect. I suppose it is kinda overrated.

Yeah, to be fair, MBDTF is the only album without tracks I often skip.

Ninetales 03-10-2015 10:06 AM

I basically don't care about the last half of MBDTF. the first 4-5 songs are bangers tho

Ninetales got it right though. Maybe not on the first 4-5 tracks per se, because "Runaway" is probably the best song, and I dig that last track, but yeah, a few joints are way overlong and unnecessary (you know it's bad when I think Pusha's on a bad song ("So Appalled"), and I can't stand "Hell of a Life", and then "Blame Game" is just dumb). On these facts alone I could never consider this album a classic. I also don't really see the influence it wields, I mean it's mostly soul samples and a pseudo storyline, overall it's a pretty standard Kanye album.

Yeah El-P is master class, Metro Boomin has turned out to be one of my favorite newer mainstream producers though, along Mike Will and others.
