Some strange comparisons in this thread. Stuff like Antipop Consortium is a different animal IMO. I was not directly comparing Antipop Consortium to GAHEDiNDIE, my point was that there have been hip hop acts experimenting with noise and abrasive textures, it was a response to Goofle saying the stuff these guys are creating is ground-breaking. If you read my original posts, my reasons for not really embracing GAHEDiNDIE aren't rooted in the fact the music isn't revolutionary - you don't need need to tell me that it's difficult to find originality these days.
