Jon Boy


Is anyone else here a fan of Jon Boy? He's one of my favorite artists at the moment, and also a personal friend of mine. He actually used to be a member of MB back in the day (not sure what his username was though), that's how I met him.

He is a rapper and beat maker from Virginia. He was a contestant on VH1's "The White Rapper Show." He has a couple label roster sampler albums out, and his debut solo album is pretty awesome IMO. He also hosts a weekly web radio show dedicated to hip-hop.

His beats are amazing. The tracks have a southern kind of style, and he mixes in the autotune and chopped-and-screws. The whole album is good, I'll upload it if anyone wants it.

i'm pretty sure he would have tons of girl fans if he'll be introduced to the public the right way.

I don't think the winner ($hamrock) did anything substantial with his $50,000 prize money. He was kind of akin to a Paul Wall wannabe though.

Ironically, I nearly went to that show. I had tickets but things were going downhill quickly at that point and I skipped out.
