I love Chappelle's Show and I recently just watched every episode. Mos Def performs on there a couple of times, I would say that he is my favorite rapper. He just flows so well, and he is hilarious when he wants to be.

Other than that, yes, Myka 9 is one of the best to ever do it. I wouldn't argue that Myka 9 is the best artist in hip hop (he doesn't have enough masterpieces to put him there, however, he has released some of the best hip hop ever--Innercity Griots), and he's a pioneer who has done a lot more for hip hop than most others.

Myka 9 is not the best artist in rap, but he's certainly one of the best at rapping.
