But this isn't to say you shouldn't like what you like. I just kinda get annoyed when he (or somebody else) is given credit for something they really haven't done.

Also I listened to Section.80 yesterday and I have to say it's more like a 7. So much filler.
Yeah, I've heard plenty of concept albums but none done quite like Kendrick. His innovation isn't inventing new sounds, it's building on new sounds. There are plenty of artists to use Jazz & Funk in hip hop, with it being the foundation it was built upon of course, but none that have done it like Kendrick. And that's what makes it ground breaking despite whether or not it clicks with your ears. And I don't throw that phrase around lightly.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

I just listened to it again while I was in the greenhouse working and I have no idea why it's so disliked on here by some of you. It's solid and something that is very Kendrick Lamar. If you don't like this but like the rest of his work I don't know why you're broken but something is wrong with your brains. It's not like he strayed away from his style much.

I only really like TPAB so at least I'm being consistent right?

I was hoping to get Altars with Damn. Didn't happen. My two favorite rappers putting music out on the same day.

Eh I didn't believe the leaps and connections people were making but it would have been cool if he had more material.

The only difference is there are like 4 poppy tracks this time around. And I didn't add them to my iPod with the rest of the album. Fear, XXX, and DNA are prime Kendrick listening. Even some of the pop tracks, like Love and Element are bangers. You're just lameeeeeee

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
