TPAB or MBDTF?
 

Which very acclaimed modern hip-hop record do you consider better?

For me it's TPAB by far.

Heard neither, but from what I've checked out in general, Kanye seems more exciting to me.

Unfortunately I've never heard MBDTF except for 'Blame Game' cause it sampled Aphex Twin, but I have heard TPAB and liked it despite Kendrick being one of the most pretentious and overrated hip hop artists in the game today. But I'm not going to give Kanye the short end of the stick just because I haven't heard his opus so no vote for me.

I just can't understand the love for these albums.

My theory is people equal drab with profound. Like some ****ty pbs show. Like that 14 hour Vietnam documentary come to think of it. Burns.

I have no real opinion on Kendrick Lamar but he does these cringy voices that remind me of how Axl Rose does ****ty voices.
