What's this R & B Song from 1996 or 1997?

I remember being in Mississippi in 96 or 97 and saw on BET some sexy R&B girl group (a trio of women) parachuting out of an airplane in the music video.

This girl group was NOT on anyone's radar (we're not talking 702 here - we're talking pretty obscure).

It had these high pitched tones like Doggy Doggy World uses, and, I can't find it anymore, but I feel like it was called "So High" by a group like XOXO or 6969, but that can't be right.

Can anyone give me the details of this song? The group's name? Song's name?
