yea Ska is a legend in canada
|
i can't really stand ska-punk (311, Sublime)
i don't like 3rd Wave ska much either (Mighty Might Bosstones, early No Doubt) i only listen to the 2-tone 2nd Wave stuff (Specials, The English Beat) and the Jamaican stuff (Toots & The Maytals, the Skatalites) |
Ahhh, seeing this makes me wanna go dig out my Murphy's Law cd... lol
Whatever happened to them anyway? |
I guess I like all kinds of ska. I just never really understood the Specials and such.
It doesn't seem so interesting to me. I prefer old jamaican two-tone and skapunk myself. |

Just because someone dislikes something or doesn't have a preference for it doesn't mean necessarily they 'hate' it. The word hate is used too much nowadays.
|
Personally I don't actually know how it is possible to hate ska.
Play these fools "the Guns of Navarone" by the Skatalites. It should sort 'em out. |
