Third wave ska punk. A great genre imo. They definitely had more ska/hardcore roots at first, but lost them as time progressed.

i'd say they're ska, in the same way good charlotte is punk. just because its mainstream or I don't like it doesn't change the genre, it just makes sub-genres
... we'll slit all their throats while they're asleep so when they wake they cannot speak...
