Mine in no particular order...
1) Tool - Sober -I love the way this intro builds.
2) Slayer - Skeletons of Society -I always get hooked listening to the driving rythem of this song.
3)AC DC - Thunderstruck -Ananananananana THUNDER ananananana THUNDER

I knewMetallica was getting in with one song, but I wanted to ignore the traditional MOP and Sandman answers and go with something that had a deserving nod. I think lightning has an unreal intro.

ACDC Back in Black

ACDC had heaps of good intros, apart from the ones already mentioned, Jailbreak, For those about to rock we salute you are great too

The Who - Wont get fooled again - wicked synth intro, same as baba oriley
