I listen to Mitch Hedberg when I'm angry, because I hate wallowing in emotions and his humor takes me out of my angry state of mind.

thee headcoats are good for when your mad. Billy Childish sounds really pissed in some of his songs.

Otherwise some heavy rap helps, biggie, tupac, wu tang clan, boot camp clik.
