They are one of the first Web 2.0 generation bands as well!

I can't say that I love them mad. But they have some catchy songs. For example, I can sometimes listen to cigarette smoke all day.

I heard on the XM indie station that they'll be interviewing Arctic Monkeys next week and the band will playing acoustic versions of songs off the new album. Should be interesting to hear.

Default Arctic Monkeys are GREAT!

It's rare to have a band put out an entire album that's great... I never get tired of this band!

Just wondering if anyone else has heard Humbug yet? I'm about half way through it and I'm liking it so far, it's almost a return to form from their debut album which is nice, but I liked the way Favourite Worst Nightmare grew on me over time as I started to decipher the lyrics. Regardless I'm getting the feeling that I'm going to get my 9 bucks worth and that's a good feeling.

I may actually give the new album a listen. Haven't heard the others, probably only a few singles which weren't bad but I don't usually go for pop rock I hear on the radio. I haven't heard any singles from this one but for whatever reason I checked out the 30-sec samples earlier and it sounded like it could be good.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
