that rule is inforced by the mods discretion. Arguing will happend, its a way of life, especially when it comes down to opinions. Some things we let fly, because honestly, even if it was an insult, if the person being insulted was truly offended by it and brought it up to a mod, then a warning or ban would happend and in most cases the "insulted" havent been that offended. each case is differant so we have to mod each one differantly. There isnt a mandatory ban unless its neccessary. We dont try to ban everybody who disagrees. Some insults we can put up with and laugh at. We do try discourage truly offensive personal insults and they will no doubt be dealt with hopefully before tons of flaming ruins a thread. so far just a post telling you guys to chill has seem to work to a degree.
