Beck (albums, title, myspace, quote, song)

I downloaded Sea Change recently. I'm enjoying it, a very nice mellow album which to me seems like Beck's answer to the Flaming Lip's 'Soft Bulletin'.

I love Beck, but I have a hard time getting into "The Information". its just not as good as his other upbeat albums.

eh, i couldn't get into as well either. They was only a couple of the tracks on the album i actually enjoyed listning to.

He's an extremely talented performer and I liked MIDNITE VULTURES, but my favourite is ODELAY-I think it's his most complete album.

I've seriously been digging Beck lately, i've never really liked him aside from Sea Change which is one of my favorite albums and my favorite by him but last night I got in the mood to check him out more so i've downloaded: Guero, The Information, Odelay and Mellow Gold. I've listened to all but the last one so I think I rank the albums.

1. Sea Change
2. Odelay
3. The Information
4. Guero

My favorite songs are probably Think I'm In Love, Nausea, Girl, E-Pro, Devils Haircut, and Hotwax. I can't really pick my favorite song off of Sea Change because I love that album so much but I guess i'd have to go with Already Dead, I think thats my favorite Beck song overall actually.

My favorite Beck song is most definitely Novacaine. Everything about it shouts awesome. My favorite album fluctuates between Odelay and Sea Change.
