I think Korn is a solid band, I've seen them twice and one time they were really good and one time they blew the goat.

I think there another band whose been copied beyond belief (spawning anything that might have looked slightly nu-metal) I think Korns sound got old cause everyone used it.

Give them credit though, there one of two good nu-matal bands, and even though I think SOAD is better than them, Korns still a good band to jame too.

Their best song is probably Got the Life, but I liked Trash or Ya'll want a single (cause I hate the industry too)

^ agree, i also like their version of "another brick in the wall" or other songs of theirs, like "falling away from me", "alone i break", "somebody someone"...i'm not the biggest fan, though...and yeah, SOAD are not only better, they are very different, they are also very interesting :thumb:

they are miles above most of these nu-metal bands.

Old Korn is awesome, new Korn sucks sh*t. They don't even sound like Korn anymore, they're just terrible.

my grudge against them is that they were the cornerstone band for the cancerous rap/metal genre. they have progressively gotten worse with each album release throughout their career. im shocked they still make money.

I'd like to comment on the two posts above this.

1.) Korn will always sound like korn, becuase their Korn. They can't not sound like themselves. It's like saying this chicken doesn't taste like chicken. It might not taste good, but its still friggen chicken.

2.) The corner stone? I never got why Korn was lumped in with rap metal. People cite the song in which they used skat (like ball tounge I think) but if any band was the corner stone it was RATM. Which was one of the most influential bands on the 90's and correct me if Im wrong but I think RATM broke before Korn. RATM self = '92???

Korn is ok. When my all my Korn cd's were stolen I was in no hurry to buy them back, i just really didnt care. I still dont. Wasnt a big lose as some of the other cds.

Yeah i think they lick skin zipper. Not to bad of musicians though. Actually it's just the singer i dislike.

at the end of the day korn have produced a few great songs which i really like- here to stay, blind, freak on a leash, right now are all songs im keen on. im not an album fan, but i think their ok.

Korn can be a good time. I think there pretty original, which is respectable.

I like KoRn I think there pretty cool. At least there music is distinctive not like allot of other bands today.
