without being bias to the bands I like... I would say anyone from the 50's-60's. they can actually sing. has anyone heard of helmut lotti?he can really sing good.

perfection if you like brandon boyd then you'd like maroon 5 right? just curious, you might not - they kinda sing the same... and the guy from alien ant farm sings like that too.

thedude01 12-13-2005 07:25 PM

Has any one heard of Fiona Apple?

Yanqui_UXO 12-13-2005 07:32 PM

kiki chunt 12-13-2005 10:52 PM

In no particular order whatsoever

Robert Plant
Freddie Mercury
Jeff Buckley

. . . but that's just five (three sir!) right of the top of my head, and there have been - are - so many beautiful voices in the world: and that's not even mentioning any of the femmes . . . might just be idle stirring if I brought Kate bush or Janis Joplin's names up here, eh?
=o]

Oh . . . & definitely any Tuvan khöömei 'throatsingers' too.

P.S. Your granny wet herself to Mario Lanza . . . how far back we prepared to go?

Kashmir86 12-13-2005 10:55 PM

Chris Cornell!!!!!

My bad. I actually thought that was the lyrics for the longest time, I'm not one to look them up I just listen to what I think they are saying...

Yeah I used to do that before I realized how much better knowing the lyrics makes a song.
