Blink 182. They have an overrated drummer and are just bad


Personally, the classics are best such as Zeppelin, van Halen, and so on. They just have soul in their music unlike all of that new bull****

Slipknot
Limp biskit
Avenged sevenfold
Norweigen hardcore death metal
AND MOST OF ALL blink 182

The Norweigen metal scene is known mostly for black metal and not really for death metal that much or did you mean to say the Swedish death metal scene?

In my opinion it's not small minded to dislike a genre. Ss some members on here can testify I've tried quite hard to get into progressive rock, it's just not my cup of tea. Same with Hip-Hop and Rap, it's just not my thing. It's small minded to listen to rap/hip-hop that's on the radio and decide you dislike it, as long as you give something a chance before you write it off then I don't think you're small minded.

The reason he is overrated is because he is GOOD. Making a general statement like all rap and screamo sucks will get you nowhere, and just shows nothing but stupidity. Yeah very good, Zeppelin and Van Halen but think about it, but saying the new guys don't have "soul" in their music is nothing but ignorance .

the same thing can be said for thinking there's still any soul in Van Halen since Sammy Hagar left the first time.

In all fairness to Cherone though, Extreme were actually a decent funk metal band.

no. they were not.

i'll fess up to owning both Pornograffiti and 3 Sides to Every Story at one point in the past. they were too clean, too proficient, and far too formulaic, to ever be truly funky.

their use of the term Funk revolved directly around the fact that they (or their management) didn't have the guts to use the term Fuck. Extreme was a funky as the Jonas Brothers are metal.
