Ok, I have searched high and low on this forum for a thread totally devoted to Zeppelin, and have come up empty handed, so here it is. As you all probably know, Zep is my favorite rock band, and I wanted to start a thread to discuss the legacy of one of the greatest rock bands of all time; Led Zeppelin. Feel free to discuss anything, however, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BADMOUTH THEM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE!!!!!

So I'm sick of Zep Haters. Seems the only talk on these forums is how Zeppelin sucks and is overrated. I think that Zeppelin is underrated on these forums, and that Zeppelin hating is wwwaaaaaaaaayyyy overrated on these forums. Give the band a chance, I mean if there really was a lot of zepheads on here don't you think one of them would have posted on this thread in the past couple days? Pull Your heads outta your asses and be more accepted to other's tastes. How else am I supposed to go about discussing Zeppelin?

How ironic that YOU don't accept each others tastes regarding modern music. One rule for us, and another for you?

Actually quite a lot of people on here like Led Zeppelin. As far as I go just look at my top 100 albums thread , no 35 to be exact.
It`s just we`re sick to death of people who just go on & on & on about them as if they are the only important band there`s ever been.

That is exactly why I made this thread, to take all the discussion of LZ out of the other threads where it is frowned upon and into one centralized thread, and to keep people like you who are sick of the band or hate them or think their overrated or whatever out of it. Obviously it did not work, as so far all I have picked up are haters. I suppose I should start a Led zeppelin sucks thread to discuss them with fans?

Kashmir, its a music forum you don't make a thread and demand everyone is postive in a thread, infact that would make the place boring and stupid. Their probaly wouldn't be so many Zep-haters if you'd quit praising them like an annoying fanboy.

Led zep are a really great band. i've got all their dvd's and their complete studio recordings. may i suggest that you join www.planet-zeppelin.com, its a really good site and its almost like family!!! You'll really like it there. All these guys are trying to say is, that you're being a little forceful about how good led zeppelin are, i mean there are other rock bands which are very good as well. please come and join us at planet zeppelin, where you will be well recieved and have plenty of threads where you can support zep.

I like Zep a bunch, though I haven't listened to them in like a year. Zeppelin 2 is my favorite album, with Ramble On being my favorite song.

Well, this thread should be closed, because it will only result in you and bungalowbill flaming each other for over 10 pages, just like every thread you have made, learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them.

And its just going to keep the Zep bashers a coming...You are only fueling the fire...You are not going to put it out that way.

Try not to be so tempermental, that is why you have alienated so many people on the forum, theres nothing wrong with trying to get your point across, but there are better ways of doing it than making many threads that always produce the same ugly outcome and getting angry at everybody...Be subtle, try to be more formal and laid back, like most people on this forum, just say what you think and try to ignore people like bungalowbill and his comments on Zeppelin, hes only doing it to spite you and you know it, if you just ignore him, he will eventualy cut it out.

Improve your atitude and you will get a little more respect.

I think the words are really good to that song. The music has synergy, nothing stands out in that song, it all just works together.

Everytime I hear music, I put it with some cinematic scene in my mind. That song is all dream sequence.

i don't like one member more then the other in zeppelin cause to me without the one the band would have sucked.. hence john bohams death band ending.. could never be the same in my opinion! and i'm sure many others agree, he was just to good to replace!..

sucks how robert plant can no longer sing like he used to. but really expected, but i still respect him for joining bands and keeping his music alive.
