I totally forgot about Matt. I wouldn't consider him the best thought but he is a damn fine punk bassist.

Tere is no best bassist ever really, but some of the greats are Jaco Pastorius and Geddy Lee. Cliff Burton was good on Anesthesia. Flea and Les Claypool are good at slap bass. Marcus Miller also.
