A great review and well worded. One band I think deserves a mention though is Budgie. Not the most revered in terms of Zeppelin etc but up there musically IMO. Hard, fast chunky riffs and amazing tight musicianship. Their influence spread as far as Metallica etc...

This is wonderful! I have a few suggestions for Psychadelic Rock...Janis Joplin & The Doors...Janis could also be classified as blues rock though, especially when she was with Big Brother and The Holding Company.
