Lol

I like old Coheed stuff, basically all the albums before the song Favor HOuse came out. Good Apollo and Kepping Secrets just suck, the majority of the songs sound the same and they just get old way too fast.

They changed definitely. SSTB showed quite a bit of post hardcore elements, but the last two haven't at all. I still think SSTB and GAIBS4 are both tied for best.

Second Stage is probably my favorite, the songs just had more variety and it didn't seem like the same song playing for 55 minutes. The only redeeming factor on Good Apollo is Welcome Home, imo.

It was heavy in the start, then got poppy, then got prog near the end. \m/

Heavy at first? It starts off all acousticy, I dare say that I heard the sound of a baby cooing in either the first or second song, then for one song it was heavy (welcome home) then it got poppy for 11 songs with very little prog, and all those 11 songs sounded alike.

Yes, it starts out acoustic after the intro, but there's a feeling of dispair as well. Then it bangs out "Welcome Home" and "Ten Speed (Of Gods Blood And Burial)". I could go into a whole essay on the thing, but I've already written reviews and it's 2 in the morning and I'm beat.
