Best rock band is.... (albums, pink floyd, American, quote)

I'd also have to go with Pink Floyd.

with the media the way it is.. you look at any listed shows about stuff like this, Led Zeppelin always gets it, and Pink Floyd almost always never even makes it on.. cause they go back into classic rock which Floyd are but well they just weren't as rockin in the 70's as Zeppelin were i guess.. well thats the way music listed channels play it out that way.

because Roger Waters just might be the best writer on earth in my eyes.. David Gilmore is a amazing guitar player. There albums are amazing, i can't complain. There different and copied no one, they've always done there own thing. They were in it for the money yet still were actually amazing at what they did. this band has/had a big part in my life muiscally..

They are the godfathers of Indie-Pop, proto-punk
Incredible lyrics, brilliant melodies, no wanking (which is a big deal)
Its also a plus that they dont get shoved into that load of shit genre known as 'classic rock'
