Cowboy Mouth is best kept secret in rock. been around since early 90's
not a metal band just powerful rock from New Orleans and have a large
following of dedicated fans.
Juliette and the Licks is a very powerful female rocker.

No that's not true, they are if anything a bastardization of a bastardization of nu-metal. bass driven, industrial feel. they have few if any discernable riffs. The riff = the metal.
