Disturbed are getting better as they go on, unlike so many other nu-metal bands.

I like Incubus, who i dont consider nu metal but a lot of people do.

I like The Deftones too, but other than that, i hate a lot of nu metal, oddly enough a lot of it is still played on the radio, and i don't even know people who still like those bands.

Incubus, and nu-metal never crossed with me. I've never even heard them compared as nu-metal.

I used to like all of those nu-metal bands, then one day I turned 13 and saw them for what they are. However Disturbed is trying new things, and Slipknot as much as I HATE them, are also trying to move away from the nu metal stuff.

Just for example (don't attack me on this) take Disturbed, The Sickness was alot of anger, hate, and hurt passions. Believe was more docile, some anger but more leaning towards making amends. 10,000 Fists is back into that anger but more heavy hearted, there's a kind of sadness to it almost.
It just sounds like something a fan would say. =/

You people are so music retarded and instead of embracing what you listened to you seem to be embarassed about it. You end up missing out on alot of music.

Well, people do get picked on for having certain tastes, and everybody picks on someone else for having different tastes weither they realise it or not, it's a bad habit all humans have.

You can simply learn to controll it, or not.

Ahhh, understood. But that's why I said not to attack me on it. I'm not much of a fan, it was just a handy example (Down With The Sickness was on the radio).
