If your into more hardcore music then get Illusions of Safety first, if your into more punk then get Identity Crisis but if you like experimental stuff then get Vheissu.

what dave said. but if you want more of a melodic punk, riff happy type thing get artist in the ambulance.

thanks to a lot of you guys raving about these guys I checked them out.
Was only so-so about them at first, but now am totally hooked..
Haven't listened to the older ones yet enough, but am totally hooked on AITA
The musicianship is absolutely stellar and solid throughout, now I'm gonna try and geta co-worker converted, too

*hopes he doesn't get cruicified for resurrecting this*

Woot, we've converted another person to Thrice.

If you want to check out their two albums prior to Artist, I can up them for you, but you'll have to wait until monday for me to be able to up them.

yah, thrice is RAD!!! i only have one question, and one comment:

q: on illusion of safety, i only have the disc, i lost the jewel case and liner notes, but i think it's like the 5th song that goes like 'i just close my eyes and i'm already there; it's already too late . . . . .(something) . . . .this water is poison' what is this song called. i ****ing love this song.

com: vheissu not a bad album at all. if you feel let down or that this album sux, keep in mind the that the musicians are playing what they feel, what they like. i give them tons of respect for that, for doing what they feel[musically]. some bands change their sound to appeal to more fans; however, i feel that thrice would rather change fans to appeal to their sounds. i can't get enough of this band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's ok, i have a couple of the older ones and Vheissu(sp?) just haven't listened as much yet but thanks for the offer! To be specific, I also have First Impressions and Identity Crisis..
