the new album is AWFUL.

possibly the most emo band i can think of. these guys and hawthorne heights so so emo, it makes me wanna cut my wrists and write poems about death wenever i listen to them. I like both those bands music tho.

FFTL's best song is Emily, because I don't have to picture them being idiots on stage and sucking the life out of real emo bands while they market some stupid image to the public. Instead, I picture them without makeup, dumb clothes, and just think of it as what it is: a fairly good acoustic song.

me too. Herione is a lot darker than Dear Diary, I do have to admit. but I like that, it makes things all the better. :)

well if you like the whole emo/goth/scene kid look, he's all that wrapped into one.

And as a bonus he also has the largest nose-to-face proportion known to man.

yea...but I give him credit for it, he's cute.... his hair suits the way it looks... if he was to chop all his hair off, It would look REALLY bad.

I'm not a huge Sonny fan, Matt Good's my favourite member, mainly cuz he started the band, heh...and is an awesome guitarist.
everyone seems to like Emily, hmm its okay but it was written last minute in the studio so i dont think it has all too much meaning oh well, i love everything by these guys.

The band is absolutely horrible and tries to make their "scene look" make up for their lack of talent.

eh. there are two songs or so i sort of like. id probably listen to it more often if the rest of it didnt ruin it for me.

I really like this band.
People call them emo, people call them post hardcore... to be honest i havent a clue what genre I'd put them in...

What would you say? Oh and do you like them lol

A decent band, better than most of the others at Vans Warped Tour, and yes I'd call them emo.

No they aren't emo.
And hear this.

FFTL didn't play warped tour in ATL because they were told that they couldn't have the Main Stage. So while Helmet was playing, the lead singer said

"Yeah..so. FFTL isn't playing because they are a bunch of f*cking crybabies who pussed out when they were told they couldn't have main stage...pussies"

It was gold.

Jes/BlueEyedSuicide went to see them at Warped & apparently they were like, way hardcore compared to before.
& Ride The Wings of Pestilence was like, WAY angry.
I guess it's not as good.

Not a fan of going to their shows or buying an album
That'd be like going to see a non-action movie in a movie theatre, not worthy.
