They both suck. But i'd go with Static-X, SOAD is too ****ing commercial.

my definition of good music would be anything that interests me, or stimulates emotions.

from that list id say Pink Floyd and Radiohead are good. though i dont like either. and Black Sabbath i respect as being influential.
