Not all of the songs. There are a few songs where the titles refer to some religion. The album is not a concept.

^Oh, I didnt even THINK about Alice Cooper.

I believe "Welcome to my Nightmare" is on of the best concept albums ever. I saw him live and he did his whole show, including the guilotine and everything and it was AMAZING.

The Pretty Things - SF Sorrow

Generally considered to be the first ever rock concept album , even pre dating Tommy.

I like it quite a lot but i`ve not got a f*cking clue what it`s supposed to be about.
