yeah im pretty suprised that they are recording again so soon. thats why I thought they had gone to another label. And Victory released a greatest hits cd, thats usually a sign.

Oh wait, here we go. From Ultimate-Guitar.com ..."Orange County, California's Atreyu has parted ways with Victory Records and has inked a new deal with the Hollywood label. "

this was also interesting..."Atreyu's third album, "A Death-Grip On Yesterday", has sold more than 210,000 copies since its late March release. " Not too bad for the caliber of album.

yeah... your right thats not to bad i agree :)

Two things:

1) Victory is a major label, a majorly sucky one.
2) Atreyu had no hits to begin with.

They've had some good bands over the years: A Perfect Murder, Between The Buried and Me, The Tossers, Thursday, Hatebreed, Bad Brains, and Earth Crisis.

They do go overboard with the greatest hits and re-releases though.
