If anyone is interested hearing the newly released song before the album comes out, here it is. You can get it for free, but there is a lot of traffic in the main site.

I'm a huge Maiden fan, but this was highly disappointing.

I heard the new song last night. Musically I thought it was decent, but Bruce's voice is really dropping off as his ages. Overall, the new album will be alright I think, but not the release of the year or anything.

Sorted the link. I don't take any notice of their singles as they are not renown for writing the best singles ever and are much more of an album band. Sounds typical average Maiden but then Different World off the last album was a terrible song yet the album was stunning.

Old Brucie seems to be having some trouble hitting the higher notes, however I can forgive him for that. Overall I think the song is quite average, nothing particularly mind blowing but it does at least sound like Iron Maiden. I'll be interested in seeing how the rest of the album pans out but I'm with Hank in thinking that it isn't going to be the album to spark their glorious revolution.

To be fair he struggled on the last album in parts and the recent live Flight 666 CD was pretty awful vocally but it's Maiden and they will always give their all no matter what. There is no way on earth I am missing seeing them live when the new album comes out though. A huge blip on my live C.V

Same here, if they come with 250 miles of where I live then I will traverse to go and see them. I owe them that much.

Are they coming with Dream Theater or Bullet For My Valentine?
