It's probably free because they realised people wouldn't pay to go to it after last year, with Sharon Osbourne's disgusting behaviour.
You don't pull the plug on Iron Maiden and insult them, outraging everyone at the event, then expect anyone to pay for tickets and come back next year.

The only one there I'd really like to see is Mondo Generator. I would still go though, decent band + concert = a rarity in New Zealand.

Well gee....Ozzy is going to tour again. He didnt hit up Detroit last year. This makes me very happy.
