Whats wrong with bass?, i do think bassists get overlooked because of guitarists and drummers, but bass is just as important, its easy to play, but its hard to master...I want to take up bass myself in fact.

Why wouldn't we care about Bass players? Good bass lines make or break a song I think, no?
