Shinedown, that song does suck, their best albums were definitely Awake, and their first one, again why do so many people hate Creed, they've got some good tunes-One, My Sacrifice. I don't see how anyone could listen to I Stand Alone or Time Bomb, and say they suck compared to all the other crap that's out there

I remember I Stand Alone. I also remember hating the song after the first 12 times I heard it.
After Y100 (a philly radio station) was taken off the air I remember that's all any of the other rock stations played.
God I hate that song

I don't see how a song could really rock much more than I Stand Alone, I love it, especially in the breakdown:

And now it's my time,
it's my time to dream,

it sounds like he's going off on some weird acid trip, and there's so much freedom in the music.

"I Stand Alone" is a pretty generic nu-metal song. I honestly don't see what you see in it. Honestly, there is a lot more creative freedom in many other bands, even other genre's. You sound like you're saying that Godsmack is the best band ever, which they obviously are not.

I'm passionate about many bands that I don't think are the best band ever. A band can very easily fall into the category of very listenable music by coming from the heart, and Godsmack does.........or.........most of their stuff.
