The Used (punk, cd, tracks, quote, bands)

THIS CD WAS A TRAGEDY............compared to the last one....its the same thing that always happens when a band tries t progress artistically. LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO POISON THE WELL AND FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES.........

but i guarentee that if this cd wasn't by the used, or if you didnt know it was them...you would all be giving it a different review....

Actually, some people are very open minded and will listen to music even if they dont knwo who its by, shocking as it may seem.

I really don't like their new CD, it sounds NOTHING like their first one.

It's horrible, I hate it. But the first Used CD is very good.

Too bad they can't say the same for this one.

Sound effects and overdramatics is amazing too... I couldnt pick my fave though.

I agree with this totally, i guess its like any 2nd album (unless its MCR's 2nd cuz thats way better than the first) u gotta listen to it a few times before it grows on you! Its usally like this because when a band releases a first album thats what you know them as, your used to relating them to that music, but when they release a second one its usually different to the first so it takes time for you to start relating them to the new album!!...anyone actually understand that? lol

on its own "In Love and Death" is a very inetresting (and very good) cd... There are some awesome tracks on there, and when you first listen to it, alert you to the fact that its an awesome song.. others, like "all that i;ve got" need to be listnd to again and again.. well. for me anyways. Although I dont think this cd will ever be considerd half as good as this first, in its own right, its pretty special.
