I think we all know who the winner is. I think comparing Tool to Nickelback is an insult. Tool are light-years ahead of the **** Nickelback are churning out

I think the one person serious in voting for Nickelback was djchameleon.

So yeah, Tool may be a cut above Nickelback...but it's an awfully small cut.

Tool win merely on merit of having:

- a better drummer
- at least some evidence pointing towards an attempt to do something inventive
- the general quality of "not being quite as bad as Nickelback".

Slightly inventive? Are you fuking kidding me? C'mon man.... They're a hell of a lot more inventive than most other musicians. Pretentious yes, but uninventive? Not very often.
