Default Nirvanna Changed the World of Music

Although I do agree that Nirvanna has become something they probably did not want (a commercial attraction), I think they changed the face of music at a time when big hair bands were the rave. When I first heard Smells Like Teen Spirit I remember thinking what the hell is this? It was refreshing angry and poked fun at everything I hated growing up. I got their box set for Christmas and they still continue to be one of the best bands ever. Let the 17 year olds wear the shirts.....They probably will never understand the impact Kurt and Nirvanna had on music.....

And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that.

nice to see very few nirvana bashers here, this one site that i go to quite often is plump full of nirvana bashers, liking them is looked upon as a sin and i am consistantly mocked for defending them...some people can be ignorant.

I love Nirvana. I love Kurt Cobain. Any need to give reasons... No, I guess not. I simply love him...
