Oh no you don't!
Your not getting off that lightly.
I want to know, especially after all the critisism you leveled at other members choices, just exactly why, in your infinite musical wisdom, did you include Madness in your top 10 rock bands ever list?

Are the beatles rock?
Some included them.
what do you mean by rock?
Do you mean heavy metal, metal, soft rock?
Why aren't they a rock n roll band then?
What stops them been called rock n roll?
The roses are they rock n roll?
The smiths?
Did you think rock is only metal?
They rock my socks off.
Come on, pulling me up on that for God's sake.
You define rock to me.
Then I will tear apart your theory with relative ease as always.
What is rock in this context?
Madstock is an open air rock concert backed by other rock bands who support Madness.
I know they are called ska but that don't mean they aint rock. the beatles are pop but still rock, the eagles are country easy listening but still many included them as rock.
Otherwise you should have said heavy metal or metal but that isn't what is stated.
Pull me up on something you stand a chance of a conviction on!!!!!
innit!!!!??
why taking so long?
RT has not responded???
Case thrown out of court but RT has to reappear on purjury charges!!
ah ha ha.
oh yeah, levelled has 3 l's and it is not your but you're! And criticism is spelt this way!!!
But then why would I pass comment on that when I get your point so clearly hey???

That is some good choices man!
Likie your choices.
Love monkey business by berry! Makes me think of all those chores you have to do.
Great selection my friend.
I have not heard of the tragically hip but it sounds a good description of me!

Rock is based upon the blues scale and metal used classical influences too. Madness are Ska which is based upon reggae and rocksteady which has nothing whatsoever to do with rock music. The roots can be traced back to African folk music.

So My Girl piano and it must be love and los palmers 7 and embarrasment are completely different then the other bands people have said in their musical production?
The Beatles always used the blues scale didn't they?
Their Pepper was just a standard blues scale.
Mike was a trained classical piano player as heard on many tracks.
Guitar work using a blend of musical styles some say one of the most diverse use of instruments in a band.
What about eagles been country?
But also rock?
methinks the lady doth protest too much!!!

ADELE...First of all you slag off other members choices of rock bands, then you post your top 10 and laughingly include Madness, who as anyone with only a modicum of musical knowledge will know, are about as rock as The Spice Girls.
Then when your called out on it, you spout the biggest load of bilge I've had the misfortune to read on these boards.
You really are the biggest gobshite we've had here since Don.
You can't even be bothered to use the edit function.
Congratulations.

Have a nice break.
