I honestly had trouble picking one or the other, they're both great in their own ways...just depends what mood im in...

I ended up picking TMV just because I have seen them live quite a few times and it is usually one of the better live shows I get to witness. Never had the chance to see ATD so while it might unbalanced, it is what it is.

I also think De-Loused was one of the better put together albums that anyone had done in a long time. Just an amazing job.

agree with that totally. out of the two id have to go for ATDI, with my favorite album being ICO. love TMV but for me, not up to the standard of ATDI yet.

mars volta, I'd say. I just find them more interesting. but thats just me

also, check out Omar Rodriguez's solo ****, with a eyar hes made liek 6 full albums that are all mindblowing
