Default Best use of strings?

Hey guys. What bands do you think make the best use of strings and piano as backing instruments? Here's my picks:

Avenged Sevenfold
Dream Theater
I Am Ghost
Lostprophets
Funeral For A Friend

Lost Prophets? Are you sure?

Try:

Opeth
Riverside

Hell, even try stuff like Lacuna Coil.
