I didn't know anyone back in high school who wasn't into Hybrid Theory. I liked Meteora too, but they lost me a little bit with Minutes to Midnight. All the stuff after just didn't do it for me.

Not sure 20 years is a short career. Also I'd say roughly they were getting less and less dark with every album (with Hunting Party as an anomaly).

I thought Minutes to Midnight was a nice album, bought the DVD & book that came with it. I still jam to the album to this day sometimes. Meteora was just as good as Hybrid Theory in my opinion.

I personally think every Linkin Park album is awesome... big fan here...

I haven't got into the last 2 but they were my first favourite band and really shifted me in a different path to a lot of the kids around me going towards gangster rap. I like all the albums somewhat equally (bar the 2 I haven't given a chance) because they kinda started mellowing as I was getting older and a little less angry and angsty haha.

How can it be official if Linkin Park didn’t cosign?

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
