That cover sucked, you are retarded if you thought it "rocked"
Ew, they even had Lief Garret on vocals.

I'm not retarded no matter what I think.

But somewhere along the lines you are right. It didn't rock. But I liked it a lot.

I liked it.

Wouldn't call the Melvins all that Grungey though. I pick Soundgarden.

Yes the one on the Crybaby
It was not that bad a cover song. trust me, worst covers have been.
The Ataris redid that Don Henly song Boys of Summer. They made an ok song shit.

Beyond the vocals, it's pretty faithful to the original. And I don't really mind the vocals. You can actually understand the lyrics... it's kind of strange.

I hate the original too.
That could explain some things.

I actually don't care for the Teen Spirit by Nirvana either. It's not their best song. And personally I don't think it was Dave Grohl at his best.
Dave Grohl at his best is when he's with the Foo Fighters.

I don't see how you can compare someone's drumming to their singer/songwriter skills...

I wasn't trying to make any comparison.
Just putting ou there that Dave's as a singer/songwriter for the Foo is better than him as drummer for Nirvana
