My favourite...

Anyone wanting to get into black metal should try Drudkh out. Ukranian band who play some really great music...

Recommend:
Autum Aurora (2004)
Estrangement (2007)

One of my favourite 'ambient' Black Metal bands:

I think Drudkh is great. Autum Aurora is probably the greatest atmospheric black metal record. Forgotten Legends is not close behind. It's a little more brutal, but doesn't affect me as much as Aurora. Some others to check out are Weakling, Negura Bunget and Wolves in the Throne Room, but IMO Drudkh owns them all.

Agalloch still do it for me in the atmospheric stakes. The Mantle is nothing short of superb.

^That is a good one. Agalloch is a little folkier, which I like.

I dig this track but the rest of the album just doesn't do it for me. Especially considering what a pillick the one chap is from Velvet Cacoon. But then again Black Metal is full of them. I.e. Varg - Burzum...

One of my favourite BM bands at the moment: Vidsyn

I urge you to take a look for 'On Frost-bitten Path Beneath EP' if you dig those videos.

Far from it, I`m actually impressed. Its the thought of a black metal band coming out of a country like the Ukraine, especially if its a dour and bleak place like the industrial parts of the Ukraine.
